 Patient Rights and Organ Donation Unit
You can make your opinions, suggestions, thanks, problem solving and complaint applications regarding patient rights regarding the health service you receive here. Your application will first be seen and evaluated by the relevant health institution. Your notifications are evaluated by holding a patient opinion suggestion satisfaction meeting every month. You will be returned to you for the necessary information from our unit on the subject.
 Our Rights as a Patient;
a) Benefiting from the Service in General,
b) Informing and Requesting Information,
c) Selection and Replacement of Health Institutions and Personnel,
d) Privacy
e) Consent,
f) Receiving Health Care in a Safe Environment,
g) To be able to fulfill religious duties,
h) Respect and Comfort,
ı) Visitors and Accompanying Persons,
i) Right to Complaint and Litigatio
 Our Responsibilities as a Patient;
a) To act in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institution and organization to which they apply and to act with the awareness that they are part of the diagnosis and treatment team with a participatory approach,
b) Providing as complete and accurate information as possible about his/her complaints, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions he/she has undergone, medications he/she is currently taking, if any, and information about his/her health,
c) To attend follow-up visits at the intervals determined by the physician and provide feedback on the course of treatment,
d) Keeping the appointment date and time and notifying the relevant place of any changes,
e) Respecting the rights of patients who are given priority according to the relevant legislation and the rights of other patients and staff,
f) Not to engage in verbal and physical aggressive behavior towards the personnel,
g) Applying to the patient communication unit when they think their rights are violated or when they have problems.


Patients are informed about organ donation and at the same time, organ donation officers in our hospital can carry out the necessary consent documents when a suitable patient is identified.
