Employee Health and Safety Service Unit; It is the unit that provides legal and psychosocial counseling, support and policy implementation strategy to healthcare professionals with the theme of "Respect for Labor, Respect for Each Other" on the basis of our healthcare professionals providing healthcare services in a safe area, and carries out Occupational Health and Safety practices within the scope of Law No. 6331.
Social Services Unit; The social services unit carries out the necessary work to protect the rights of the elderly, orphans and disabled individuals in the hospital, to fully and continuously meet their expectations from health services with the aim of ensuring their full participation in society, and to increase the quality of health care by meeting the needs of people in need of assistance who demand health services in an environment suitable for their situation quickly, efficiently and without victimization. It is ensured that the necessary procedures are initiated by contacting the social service specialist for all kinds of social services of patients/relatives. It organizes the procedures related to the care of inpatients when deemed necessary. It helps patients in need of care by following the necessary correspondence for the social service intake of patients. |
